Why Does My RTR Alpha or RTR XL Alpha or E-Drive Kart Show Fulfilled but I Have Not Received Tracking Yet?

Overview

RTR Alpha, RTR XL Alpha and E-Drift Kart models are shipped differently than many of our other products in order to provide the safest delivery possible.

Because these vehicles are shipped with the battery installed inside the unit, they are handled through a third-party freight logistics network rather than traditional parcel carriers.

As a result, there may be a delay between when your order is marked fulfilled and when tracking information becomes available.


What Happens After My Order Is Fulfilled?

Step 1 — Order Is Marked Fulfilled

Once your order is prepared and ready to leave our facility, the system will automatically mark the order as:

Fulfilled

This does not necessarily mean the order has already left the freight network or that tracking is immediately available.


Step 2 — Order Information Is Submitted to Freight Logistics

After fulfillment, we submit your shipment information to our third-party logistics provider and freight forwarder.

This process includes:

  • Freight booking
  • Route planning
  • Delivery coordination
  • Freight documentation

Step 3 — Freight Tracking Is Generated

The freight company will then provide:

  • A tracking number
  • or a PRO Number

A PRO Number is a freight shipment tracking number used by logistics carriers.


Step 4 — Tracking Information Is Added to Your Order

Once tracking has been received from the freight company:

  • Our team will update your order
  • Add the tracking / PRO Number
  • Send you an email with tracking details

At this point, you will be able to track your shipment.


Delivery Process

Because RTR Alpha, RTR XL Alpha or E-Drift Kart is shipped through freight logistics:

✅ You will typically receive a phone call from the carrier

✅ Delivery will usually need to be scheduled

✅ An adult must be present to receive and sign for the package

This helps ensure the safest possible delivery experience for high-value freight shipments.


How Long Does This Process Take?

Please allow approximately:

5 business days

for tracking updates after the order is marked fulfilled.

There are multiple moving parts involved in coordinating freight shipments, and tracking information is not always generated immediately.
