What is a lead time?
Lead time refers to the amount of time between when an order is placed and when it is ready to ship or be fulfilled. It includes order processing, production or assembly (if required), and internal handling — but not the actual shipping/transit time.
You may also see the term ARO, which stands for "At Receipt of Order." This means the lead time countdown begins once we have received and confirmed your order, not when it’s delivered or paid in full (unless otherwise specified).
📦 Example:
If a product has a 7-day lead time ARO, it will ship approximately 7 business days after we receive your order.
