Can I expedite the lead time on my order?

Unfortunately Electro & Company cannot expedite the lead time on any order. The lead time is the total amount of time it takes from the moment an order is placed until the product is fully fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, orders are usually shipped UPS ground. You can leave a note on your order if you'd like faster shipping and our team will reach out to you at the time of fulfillment to quote you on the cost of the faster shipping.

 

Standard Processing time for orders that do not have Extended Lead Times is 3-5 business days. Extended Lead times are listed on each product page at the top near the pricing.


Kits & Batteries: Lead times are listed on the individual product pages.


Clothing: Clothing ships within 3-4 weeks. Please keep in mind that all clothing is made to order we appreciate your patience!


If items are out of stock you will be notified about your back order by a customer service representative within 48 hours.


How much is shipping?
All shipping is calculated based on your shipping address, if you run into issues shipping to your specific address please email the customer service team.
