In most cases we do not, but in the event that your billing and shipping addresses do not match, we will require proof of ID to your billing address or another form of verification to avoid fraud issues.
This verification can be done one of three ways:
1. Driver's License of the person on the billing address that has a matching address.
- TAKE A SELFIE holding up the DL to the camera
- You can blank out DL Number, EXP Date, DOB as we only need photo ID, name and address to verify your order.
2. Or, you can snap a screenshot from your bank statement from your mobile app that shows the matching charge to your order.
Once your order has been verified, we can note your order for any future orders so that you don't have to worry about this every time you order from us.
