Electro & Company allows customers, vendors, partners, and community members to use our logos to accurately reference or identify our company, products, or services, subject to the following guidelines.
Permitted Use
You may use an Electro & Company logo:
- To truthfully identify Electro & Company or refer to our products and services.
- In connection with compatible products, customer projects, reviews, informational materials, or authorized vendor activities.
- In a manner that is respectful, accurate, and does not harm or misrepresent the Electro & Company brand.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- State or imply that your product is an “official Electro & Company product” unless Electro & Company has expressly authorized that claim in writing.
- Suggest that Electro & Company sponsors, endorses, certifies, manufactures, or is formally affiliated with your product, company, or service when no such relationship exists.
- Modify, distort, recolor, redraw, animate, or combine our logos with another logo without prior written approval.
- Use our logos as your own company name, product name, trademark, social-media identity, domain name, or primary branding.
- Use our logos in a misleading, deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, or objectionable manner.
- Place our logos in a way that makes them more prominent than your own branding or creates confusion about who is responsible for the associated product or service.
Required Disclaimer
When there is any possibility that an audience could misunderstand the relationship, include a clear disclaimer such as:
“Electro & Company is a trademark of Electro & Company. This product is not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Electro & Company.”
The disclaimer should be easy to find, clearly readable, and placed near the relevant logo or product description.
Logo Presentation
Always use an official logo file supplied by Electro & Company. Maintain adequate clear space around the logo, preserve its original proportions, and display it at a size that remains legible. Do not alter the logo or incorporate it into another design.
Trademark Protection and Enforcement
Electro & Company’s names, logos, and related brand elements are protected trademarks and remain the exclusive property of Electro & Company. Permission to use a logo does not transfer any ownership or other rights in the trademark.
Electro & Company may request that any use of its logos be changed or discontinued at its discretion. Failure to comply with these guidelines or with a removal request may result in a cease-and-desist notice or other appropriate legal action.
Questions and Approval
If you are uncertain whether a proposed use complies with these guidelines, please contact Electro & Company and obtain written approval before publishing or distributing the material.
Electro & Company reserves the right to update these guidelines or withdraw permission to use its logos at any time.
