That is correct! With our new ticketing system, Electro & Company are no longer monitoring that email inbox. All inquiries should be submitted via our new ticketing system HERE

 

If you've submitted a ticket and are not seeing our responses, your inbox may be full or your email is sending our responses to your spam folder. 

 

With the new ticketing system, there is also a portal for customers to review all open tickets and respond from there as well! This ensures you are able to actively see all responses and respond as needed to any open tickets that you have open. 

 

  1. Locate the Sign in button on the top right of the knowledge base

    Note: Mobile users should look for the hamburger button on the top right to expand the menu

  2. Click Sign in

  3. Sign into your account or sign up using the email that you used to make your ticket
  4. Now that you're signed in, you will see the person shadow on the top right

    Note: Mobile users should look for the hamburger button on the top right to expand the menu

  5. Tap the person shadow to see the following menu

  6. Tap Requests to see all active requests

  7. Tap the ticket link to view all communication history and respond to E&C Agents
