Do you provide a MCO or Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin?

Yes! Electro & Company is pleased to announce that we can now issue an MCO or Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin. 

Proof of purchase IS required.

Acceptable proof of purchase: 

• Original Invoice/receipt from Electro & Company, Inc

or

• Original Invoice/receipt from an Authorized Electro & Company dealer

For used bike purchases, additional documentation is required:

• Original proof of purchase from the first owner

• A bill of sale from the original owner to the current owner

  • If there are multiple owners, a bill of sale for each transfer is required to proceed.

Additional requirements:

• Requestor MUST be the name of the person on the proof of purchase or bill of sale

• A selfie with a government issued ID will be requested

All requested documentation must be provided before processing can begin. Failure to submit the required information will result in order cancellation and a full refund, as we are unable to proceed without proper verification.

Please Note:

• This fee covers the processing and administrative work required to generate the MCO. It does not represent the purchase of the MCO itself.

• Processing takes approximately 7-10 business days to validate requested documentation and validate.

MCO's are ONLY provided for Electro & Company Bikes: ETM RTR, ETM RTR Sport, ETM RTR Alpha, ETM RTR XL, ETM RTR XL Alpha, ETM RTR Lite, Rizzler, Rizzler Sport
