If you purchased an RTR Mod Pack or Touring Pack and are unable to locate the QR code included with your kit, don’t worry — we can help get you the access you need.
Each RTR Mod Pack and Touring Pack includes a unique QR code that provides access within your TruMoto Controller to harness the full power of the battery pack.

The QR code is typically included:
On a sticker on the top lid of the battery itself
Before submitting a request, we recommend looking over the battery and perhaps in the packaging in case it fell off in the box.
