Phone support
At this time, Electro & Company does not offer direct phone support. Using our ticket system allows us to provide faster, more organized service and ensures that no inquiries are missed.
Should a phone call be necessary to continue troubleshooting, a team member may request to schedule a call to assist in troubleshooting the ticket, however, these cases are generally rare and would only happen after we have received all requested information via the ticketing system, i.e. photos, videos, etc.
