Razor Display Installation Instructions
- Remove the front number plate from the bike.
- Attach the display to the display bracket using two M5x10mm button head screws as shown.
- If currently running a headlight, remove the headlight from the bike and attach to the display mount using the same hardware previously used to mount the headlight.
- It may be helpful to trim the front number plate as shown to simplify wire routing. Wires from the display and headlight should be routed to the left of the bracket where the cutout has been made.
- If running a headlight, the push button switches for the DC-DC converter and headlight can be mounted to the switch mount as shown.
- Attach the front number plate, display mount, and switch mount to the upper triple clamp using two M6x16 button head screws. All three components will be stacked on top of each other as shown with the front number plate mount on the bottom, display mount in the middle, and switch mount on top.
- Plug the display into the appropriate connector on the wiring harness (it will only fit into one connector).
- If you are currently running a volt meter, the new display will replace the volt meter and plug into the same connector.
- If you are currently running a keyswitch volt meter, this must be replaced either with a power switch (included) or with a standalone keyswitch (not included)
- If you are currently running a Cricket controller, remove the old harness from the bike and replace it with the new harness that was included in the kit.
- Installation is now complete, when the bike is powered on the display should now illuminate.
