STOP USE IMMEDIATELY!!! Do not run your motor in this faulted state, you can damage your motor further or damage your controller.
This behavior may be due to bad hall sensors. If you have a hall sensor tester HERE with the hall sensor plug adapter HERE. You can test your hall sensors to confirm if they are bad.
If you do not have a tester, please share a short video 5-10 seconds of the behavior and report an issue via the ticket submission form.
