I'm Not Able to Connect My Controller to the TruMoto App
Overview
The most common reason a controller will not connect to the TruMoto App is that the controller is not compatible with the app.
Not all Electro & Company controllers support Bluetooth communication or app connectivity.
Which Controllers Are Compatible?
Only the following TruMoto controllers are compatible with the TruMoto App:
Supported Controllers
✅ Little Bit V2
✅ Little Bit V3
✅ Noisy Cricket
✅ Noisy Cricket V3
These controllers feature the hardware and firmware required to communicate with the TruMoto App.
Which Controllers Are NOT Compatible?
If your controller is not one of the models listed above, it will not connect to the TruMoto App.
Examples include:
- Votol controllers
- Fardriver controllers
- Stock OEM controllers
- Non-TruMoto controllers
- Other third-party controllers
Attempting to connect these controllers to the TruMoto App will not work.
How Do I Identify My Controller?
The easiest way to identify your controller is:
Look for a Product Label
Check the controller for:
- Model name
- Product label
- Electro & Company branding
Review Your Purchase History
If purchased directly from Electro & Company, review:
- Order confirmation
- Product description
- Invoice
My Controller Is Compatible but Still Won't Connect
If you have a:
- Little Bit V2
- Little Bit V3
- Noisy Cricket
- Noisy Cricket V3
and you're still unable to connect, verify the following:
Bluetooth Is Enabled
Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
Location Permissions Are Enabled
Some devices require location permissions to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices.
Ensure the TruMoto App has:
- Bluetooth permission
- Location permission (if required by your device)
Controller Is Powered On
The controller must be powered and awake before the TruMoto App can discover it.
No Existing Bluetooth Connection
Disconnect any existing Bluetooth connection from:
- Another phone
- Another tablet
- Another app
A controller can typically only communicate with one device at a time.
Restart the App
Close the TruMoto App completely and reopen it before attempting to reconnect.
Uninstall and reinstall the App
Attempt to uninstall the app and reinatall the app
Try with another device
Attempt to connect to the controller with a different device

If your controller is one of the supported TruMoto controllers and you're still unable to connect:
Please submit a support ticket and include:
- Controller model
- Phone model
- iPhone or Android
- TruMoto App version
- Screenshot or video of the issue
