Our go-to recommendation for full size builds is the EMX 28kW Kit — a complete powertrain solution designed to be plug and play out of the box and ready to rip.

EMX 28kW Kit

• Delivers up to 28kW (≈35HP) when paired with a high power battery
• Fully integrated system:
  • Motor
  • Controller
  • Harness
• Designed for straightforward install and high performance

🔋 Recommended Battery Options

To unlock full performance, pair the kit with one of our high power batteries:

• High Power 76V 40Ah
• High Power “MX” 76V 48Ah or 60Ah
• High Power “Two Stroke” 76V 48Ah or 60Ah

👉 These batteries are required to reach the full 28kW / 35HP output

🎚️ Power Modes

The EMX kit includes a 3-mode power switch:

• 50% – Lower power, smoother delivery
• 75% – Balanced performance
• 100% – Full power, maximum output

👉 This allows you to dial power and torque based on riding conditions.

⚙️ Recommended Gearing

For a full size dirt bike setup:

• Front sprocket: 13T - Available HERE
• Rear sprocket: 50T

Expected performance:

• 55+ MPH top speed (depending on setup and conditions)

This is a custom build, so some fabrication is required.

You will need to:

• Design and fabricate motor mounts
• Mount the controller
• Secure the battery within your frame
