No, the Ultimate 3.0 kit is only compatible with 72 or 76v; 60v will not work.
If you're not interested in the available 72v 20ah battery that is paired with the kit, alternative options that would be compatible with the kit are:
76v 32ah - only compatible with a Razor SX500 chassis, does not fit MX500 or MX650
